Justicia arranges internships for the freshers and law students with experienced women lawyers who would give a learning opportunity for the interns by providing them with firsthand experience in the legal field.

The intern supports the lawyer in learning about digital literacy, and cyber ethics and also supports them in enhancing their online research skills. Through this knowledge pairing, each ‘knowledge pair’ exchange their knowledge and support each other to strengthen the capacities that would help them to thrive in their professional life
